Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out to us immediately at cferrell@keyassociates.us so we can make it right.
Exclusions
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process it.
